By the infinite grace of the Almighty, and in accordance with the directives of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, I, along with my colleagues and the members of the School Managing Committee, feel immensely delighted to be a part of the government’s great initiative by distributing new textbooks free of cost to our young learners on the very first day of the academic year.

Today’s children are the future leaders of this nation. Therefore, to shape them into competent, ideal, and responsible citizens of tomorrow, the role of social institutions like educational institutions is extremely important alongside an ideal family environment.

To accelerate this important responsibility, the coordinated cooperation of teachers, students, and guardians is essential. With this objective in mind, the “Daily Diary” has been handed over to the students of Safura Khatun Pilot Girls’ High School.

This diary includes the messages of the Honorable Chairman and the Head of the Institution, the National Anthem, the Oath, Academic Calendar-2024, Holiday List-2024, introduction of the School Managing Committee, students’ code of conduct, special instructions for respected guardians, students’ behavioral records, and daily lesson descriptions.

By reviewing this diary, respected guardians and teachers will be able to gain a clear and comprehensive understanding of each student. The diary also includes online payment, admission, and online application menu login tree, through which students and guardians can receive services with honesty, transparency, and efficiency.

What was once only a dream has now become reality. Therefore, I sincerely congratulate the Honorable Chairman and all members of the Managing Committee for their wholehearted support in building a smart and dream-oriented institution through the digitalization of daily attendance of teachers and students, cashless and paperless management, and the introduction of e-file systems in accordance with government directives.

Students will use this Daily Diary regularly, and teachers and guardians will check it every day to stay informed about the students’ daily lessons and help them become more attentive and responsible in their studies.
